Dry Skin Brushing

A part of your anti-cellulite battle

Dry skin brushing is a valuable part of your anti-cellulite campaign. Of course it will not banish your cellulite on its own.

Therefore you must combine it with a healthy diet, exercise and perhaps other anti-cellulite treatments, to see smoother, softer skin and less dimples.

The benefits of dry skin brushing:

  • Stimulates the blood flow to your skin

  • Softens your skin

  • Removes dead, scaly skin

  • Increases the new skin cell growth

  • Stimulates the lymph flow

  • Invigorates your whole body

The technique:

The only thing you need is a natural bristle brush or a loofah. You can purchase it at any drug store.

The best time to do skin brushing is right before you shower in the morning.

Start brushing your legs at the ankles and work your way up towards your buttocks in slow, gentle circular motion. Spend about 2 minutes per leg. Make sure you do not brush too hard or too long, as that can cause skin irritation.

Do not exfoliate right after the skin brushing. It may cause skin irritation.

It took me 5 days of skin brushing to see a difference in my skin. It felt much softer and smoother.

Even my husband noticed it!

From then on, it became a part of my daily skin and anti cellulite routine.
